Expectations from Dunzo

Goals to improvise :

1. User acquisition
2. Repeat Usage rate/loyalty
3. Increase the revenue

Services Offered :

1. Pick up and deliver a item at door step
2. Repair errands
3. Shop items and make delivery

Here items include grocery , medicines , small household items , electronic items , documents

User groups :

1. Old age group (age > 50)
2. Young adults who are living with friends
3. Working Professionals with family
4. Homebound people
5. Physically disabled person

My goal and user group prioritization :

I would consider 1st goal ie., User acquisition because it is a growing start up , it needs to acquire lot more customers to become a giant one .

Based on my goal , I would choose user group 3 where in cities , both of them in family works harder where they can find only less time for other works

Features to improve :

1. Personal assistant : Creating a to do list of errands and chores with pre defined buckets on a weekly basis
2. Personal meal planners : Most of the people are often tired of the question what to cook and then even if decided the necessary ingredients they have to buy .To help customers , we can have a feature which suggests for the meal and the ingredients needed for the week and add it to the cart.
3. Recharging Dunzo wallet once and get the things done automatically

Conclusion :

In this improvisation part , I would prefer 1 and 2 features as combination , because if the money is already recharged in Dunzo wallet , user doesn’t have to think about payments , then few items will be ordered repeatedly on weekly basis/monthly basis , those we can allow the user to create predefined buckets with dates and items to be delivered, so this way , this reduces the pressure on the user about the items to buy and payments
